This course is an overview of how to maintain recovery from emetophobia. It’s designed specifically for emetophobes who have undergone some form of exposure therapy and feel that they are significantly improved and have achieved at least 80% recovery. You will learn from recovered emetophobe Dara Lovitz as to how she maintains recovery. You will explore various coping techniques in the face of new challenges, as well as how to prevent relapsing, especially when new, unpredictable triggers pop up without warning. You will leave this session with practical tips and strategies for ensuring that the phobia doesn’t return and you can enjoy a future free from emetophobia.
