This course is designed specifically for emetophobes (and/or their loved ones) who are out there struggling with emetophobia every day. It is led by a recovered emetophobe, Dara Lovitz, and the therapist who helped her overcome emetophobia, Dr. David Yusko. Together they will demonstrate how to effectively conquer this debilitating phobia. You will learn how to find a therapist who has the necessary qualifications for helping you through this process. You will understand both how exposure therapy works and why it remains the gold standard treatment for emetophobia. You will also explore both the creation and implementation of an exposure hierarchy for emetophobia. This is essentially the blueprint for your journey to recovery.
